Your system has a furnace or boiler rated at inputs of 450,000 Btu/hr. or more, is installed on a roof, or is a through-the-wall, hanging, geothermal heat pump, combination ambient heat/domestic hot water heating, electric central forced-air or oil unit
If your home is a recreational vehicle, intended to be moved, or used for commercial purposes
Your system was not installed per code or per manufacturer specifications

Exclusions
Inspections, seasonal turn-on/offs, or maintenance work (including cleaning heating system heat exchangers) not stated to be included in a tune-up; remediating or notifying you of mold or hazardous materials; and damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others, wildlife or unusual circumstances (such as natural disasters). Additional exclusions apply. Technicians must have safe access to the work area.
