Eligibility
Eligible
To be eligible, you must own the residential single structure or a unit within a structure. If your gas line extends beyond the walls of your home, you must own the land on which it is located
Not Eligible
If your home is a recreational vehicle or otherwise intended to be moved; your property is used for commercial purposes; you know of any current problems with your gas line before enrollment; or your gas line is shared with a 3rd party or covered by a homeowners' association or the like
Exclusions
Meter moves or replacements except when required by local code; appliances, fixtures, systems not supplied by a utility or propane provider, restoration of interior surfaces to their original state, replacement of any artificial grass or plants, restoration to water structures, pastures or wooded areas; and damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, wildlife, others or unusual circumstances. Costs on covered repairs may exceed the benefit limit, in which case you pay the difference between the cost and the benefit limit. Additional exclusions apply. Disputes resolved by arbitration, without class action or jury trial, unless otherwise stated in your full Terms and Conditions.
