  • Signatures. We may collect Your signature and related authentication details in connection with any documents You electronically or physically sign and provide to Us. Service providers. We share any of the personal data described above with service providers (including home service contractors, mailing and fulfillment vendors, service-related technology providers, marketing agencies and survey administrators) that provide services to You and Us, including to help Us conduct satisfaction surveys, send you offers of Our products and services, provide Our products and services, maintain Our databases and Websites, administer emails, and analyze Website usage activity. For example, We provide Your personal identifiers and job request information to home service contractors so they can provide their services to You. We may provide Your personal identifiers to print and communications vendors so that they can send You communications on Our behalf. We may also provide personal data, including personal identifiers, commercial information, and device and IP address information to Our service providers for fraud detection purposes. We require that service providers use personal data only for the purposes specified in Our agreements.

Other third parties providing services to us. We also share personal data (including Your personal identifiers and financial information) with third parties to help Us provide products and services to You such as fulfilling and delivering orders, processing payments, social media functions, and administering sweepstakes or contests. We may share your personal identifiers and commercial information (the products and services You have purchased from Us) with Partners including Your utility so that We can manage Your account and provide You with Our products and services. We will provide Your personal identifiers and financial information to a payment processing vendor to complete a transaction You have requested. Cookies, Web Beacons, And Other Similar Technologies

Like most websites, We and other companies use browser “cookies,” log files, beacons, pixels, and similar technology on the Websites and in our emails. This information may include identifying the rooms and layout in your home, photographs, videos, and information such as the asset or product nameplate label, model, serial numbers, and/or age of certain home assets, equipment and appliances. You can also log information about maintenance and other activities related to these home assets. We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Service and to send you relevant promotions and other communications.
Information we may receive from third parties: We may receive information about you from third parties. For example, if you access our websites or Service through a third-party connection or log-in, for example, through Facebook Connect, by “following,” “liking,” adding the Centriq application, linking your account to the Centriq Service, etc., that third party may pass certain information about your use of its service to Centriq. This information could include, but is not limited to, the user ID associated with your account (for example, your Facebook UID), an access token necessary to access that service, any information that you have permitted the third party to share with us, and any information you have made public in connection with that service. We use or may use the data collected through cookies, log file, device identifiers, location data and clear gifs information to: (a) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the site; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information, including advertising; (c) provide and monitor the effectiveness of our Service; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, usage, and demographic patterns on our website and our Service; (e) diagnose or fix technology problems; (f) otherwise to plan for and enhance our Service; and (g) automatically update the Centriq application on your mobile devices.

Additionally, if you transfer your Centriq account to a third party, such a purchaser of your home, we will share any personal information and User Content that you retain in your account with such third party. You should delete any information from your account that you do not want shared with a third party prior to transferring the account to a third party.
We may also share your personal information with:

  • Other companies owned by or under common ownership as Centriq, which also includes our subsidiaries (i.e., any organization we own or control) or our ultimate holding company (i.e., any organization that owns or controls us) and any subsidiaries it owns. These companies will use your personal information in the same way as we can under this Policy;
  • Third party vendors, consultants and other service providers that perform services on our behalf, in order to carry out their work for us, which may include identifying and serving targeted advertisements, content or service fulfillment, or providing analytics services;
  • Third parties who we think may offer you products or services you may enjoy;
  • Third Party product providers if you use certain products, unless you have opted-out of doing so;
  • Third party partners whose branding or logo is shown on the version of the Service you use, unless you have opted-out of doing so, and provided that such third parties may already have independently collected your data;

Ads on Centriq: We may also share certain information such as your location, browser and cookie data and other data relating to your use of our Service with our business partners to deliver advertisements (“ads”) that may be of interest to you. Centriq may allow third-party ad servers or ad networks to serve advertisements on the Service. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser or mobile device, the ads and ad links that appear on the Service, and will automatically receive your IP address when they do so. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, device identifiers, location data, and clear gifs, see above) to compile information about your browser’s or device’s visits and usage patterns on the Service, and to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize the advertising content. Centriq does not sell, rent, or share the information we collect directly from you or about you from third parties with these third-party ad servers or ad networks for such parties’ own marketing purposes.
Please note that an advertiser may ask Centriq to show an ad to a certain audience of Users (e.g., based on demographics or other interests). In that situation, Centriq determines the target audience and Centriq serves the advertising to that audience and only provides anonymous aggregated data to the advertiser. How long we keep your User Content: Following termination or deactivation of your User account, Centriq may retain your profile information and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, audit purposes, or, with respect to white- labeled versions of the Centriq application for as long as Centriq is providing the white-labeled version of the Centriq mobile application.
