If your home is a recreational vehicle, intended to be moved, or used for commercial purposes
You know of any current problems with your line at enrollment or your line was not installed per code
Your entire line is shared with a 3rd party or covered by an association

Exclusions
Any tanks or appliances, lines that have failed a proactive inspection or test when no operational failure has occurred, branch lines, remediating or notifying you of mold or hazardous materials, any sections/parts not installed properly, repairs or replacement protected under other coverage, and damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others, wildlife or unusual circumstances (such as natural disasters). If costs on covered repairs exceed the benefit limit, you pay the difference. You will not be reimbursed for repairs performed by anyone not authorized by HomeServe. Additional exclusions apply.
