(“HomeServe”) with corporate offices located at 45 Glover Avenue, 6th Floor, Norwalk, CT 06850, is an independent company separate from Duquesne Light Company and offers this optional service plan as an authorized representative of the service contract provider as stated under each specific plan offering. Your choice of whether to purchase this service plan will not affect the price, availability or terms of service from Duquesne Light Company. Duquesne Light Company and HomeServe entered into a commercial agreement to introduce these plans to Duquesne Light Company’s customers; however, Duquesne Light Company does not endorse HomeServe. It is up to you decide if the plans are right for you. Furthermore, failure to pay for these optional service plans will not result in termination of utility service. Duquesne Light Company customers may enroll in service plans from other companies.
