  • How do I make a payment?

    Once signed into your account, click the Payment drop down in the top right and select the One-Time Payment option. You can then select which plan you need to make a payment to in the box to the left that states “Select an active plan:”.

  • How do I change my payment method?

    Once signed into your account, click the Payment drop down in the top right and select the Plan Payment Options.

  • How do I remove an existing payment method?

    Once signed into your account, click the Payment drop down in the top right and select the Payment Methods option. You can then select the remove option on the far right of each payment method listed.

  • Where can I see my payment history?

    Once signed into your account, click the Payment drop down in the top right and select the Payment History option.

  • When is my next payment?

    Once signed into your account, click the Payment drop down in the top right and select the Scheduled Payments option. All active plans will be listed with the date and amount of the next scheduled payment for that plan.

  • How much is my next payment?

    Once signed into your account, click the Payment drop down in the top right and select the Scheduled Payments option. All active plans will be listed with the date and amount of the next scheduled payment for that plan.

  • Can I change my billing frequency?

    Yes, you can do this by clicking the Payment drop down in the top right and selecting Update Recurring Payment. Once on that page you will see another drop down to choose the payment frequency of each active plan.

  • Why was I charged incorrectly?

  • I was informed my plan is suspended. How do I make a payment to keep it active?

    Once signed into your account, click the Payment drop down in the top right and select the One-Time Payment option. You can then select which plan you need to make a payment to in the box to the left that states “Select an active plan:”.

  • I was informed my plan is suspended. How do I update my payment method to keep it active?

    Once signed into your account, click the Payment drop down in the top right and select the Payment Methods option. You can then select the update option on the far right of each payment method listed.

  • What is a one-time payment?

    A one-time payment is a payment that can be made via a Credit/Debit card or Checking Account/ACH. This payment is typically used by paper invoice customers that wish to make a single payment with their Credit/Debit card or Checking Account instead of sending in a check. If using a Checking Account for a one-time payment, this payment method must be added to the account and stored on file. If you would prefer to utilize your Credit/Debit card you have the option to add it to your account where it will be stored on file or make the one-time payment without storing the Credit/Debit card on file.

  • How far back does my payment history go?

    The payment history screen will retain any payments from one year prior of the current date.

  • What info is available in my payment history?

    The payment history screen will display the plan number the payment was applied to, the date of that payment, the payment type and the dollar amount of that payment. This info is available for each payment made.

  • What types of payment methods are accepted?

    We accept ACH/Checking Account and the 4 major Credit/Debit card brands (American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa).

  • What is Plan Payment Options?

    Plan Payment Options is where you are able to switch between active payment methods that have been added to your account for any active plan.
