At HomeServe, caring for people is in the fabric of our corporate culture. We care for our customers, people in the communities that we serve and our employees too. As part of the HomeServe Cares Foundation (HSCF), the Helping Hands program was created to bring together the HomeServe employee community in support of employees who are experiencing a hardship. The program provides a corporate match to funds raised by HomeServe employees to financially support a fellow employee dealing with a death in the family, illness, or other tragic circumstances (like an accident or the loss of home due to fire).
