Paperless Terms of Service
You consent to receive your current and future contracts as well as all related notices electronically. Related notices may include, but are not limited to, renewal or cancellation documents, claim information and/or billing statements. Contracts and related notices will be made available to you in PDF format through website links sent to the e-mail address you provide. Materials sent to the email address you provide will be deemed to have been received by you. You understand that you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view, print, and/or save the documents provided to you in PDF format.
You may unenroll or update your email address by changing delivery option in the self-service portal of the HomeServeUSA Web Site or by calling customer service at 1-855-336-2465. You are responsible for notifying us if you change your email address. You may also request a non-electronic copy of your contract or any other notice at any time by calling 1-855-336-2465. We reserve the right to provide information and notices about your contracts to you by non-electronic means, including in paper form to your mailing address.
We reserve the right to change (amend, add to, or delete) the terms and conditions of this agreement, without prior notice to you. We also reserve the right to require you to obtain a different type of technology from time to time in order to use this service.
