Simplified Online Access with HomeServe ID
Here at HomeServe, people are at the heart of everything we do. That's why we are always trying to improve our process to make things easier for our customers and app users.
With the introduction of HomeServe ID, it's now even easier for you to access your online account. Anytime you see HomeServe ID, just use the same sign-in information (email and password) from any device when accessing Homeserve.com and the HomeServe App.
Here's how easy it is:
• Forgot your password? No problem. Reset it with just a few clicks – no need to contact Customer Service.
• Entered wrong passwords and now locked out? It's ok. Simply reset your password and sign in.
• Can't remember your security question answer? No need. We've removed this question to alleviate any frustration.
What to do?
If you have an existing online account, simply sign in by December 31, 2021, to keep your account active. But no worries if you forget. You can sign in at any time. Just reset your password first to reactivate your account.

As part of security upgrades to the HomeServe App, we're adding a password recovery feature. (And for those of you who are also HomeServe plan holders, you also now have access to your plans.)
Which means that going forward, your HomeServe App account will not work. You will have to re-activate your account by updating your password. (But we've made it easy for you, because you can reuse the old password when setting up the new one.) This is mandatory if you want to keep using your current HomeServe App account and data. (And to continue enjoying the best, no-cost, problem-solving home maintenance app!)
