Join our new program which better serves customers like you through your feedback and provides the opportunity where Ambassadors can earn rewards, like Amazon®️ gift cards.

As an Ambassador, you will:

  • Get invited to participate in surveys or live feedback sessions.
  • Be eligible to earn rewards for your time on select feedback projects.

Once you receive our invite to participate, we will be clear if the opportunity includes an incentive (i.e. gift card) and what the requirements are to receive it. If requirements are met, you'll receive the reward via email within 24-48 hours after completion.

  • Is there a commitment?

    By agreeing to become an Ambassador, you’re not committing to participating – we’re just going to add you to the email invite list of customers who expressed interest in testing and reviewing our digital and user experience. Should a feedback opportunity arise, you will be contacted with the specific participation requirements. Participation is optional and on a case-by-case basis.

  • How much time does being an Ambassador require?

    Most surveys can be completed in ~10 minutes. Video conferences take an average of 30-60 minutes depending on the specific case.

  • What are the requirements of the HomeServe Customer Ambassador program?

    • Anyone that is currently an active HomeServe customer
    • Be over the age of 18
    • Have access to the internet
    • Live in the US
  • What if I don’t want to participate anymore?

    Simply send us an email at cap@homeserveusa.com with the subject line “Customer Ambassador” and let us know that you would like to be removed from the program.

  • Is there a HomeServe Customer Ambassador referral offer?

    There is no incentive to refer other HomeServe customers at this time. But we welcome all our customers to get involved and share their opinions with us.

  • I was invited to a video call, what happens next?

    Once you’ve been invited to a video call, you will need a quiet space for 60 minutes, a laptop with video camera and Wi-Fi capability. You will be asked to log into the call and share your screen during parts of the conferencing session. Sharing your screen is only used to view our own prototype and observe how you interact with it. We will record the call during the session, but it will only be shared internally and used to improve HomeServe’s customer experience.
