When you upgrade to high-efficiency lease equipment through the Advantage Program, it can help you save energy and money on utility bills. For an affordable monthly lease payment, the Program covers installation, repairs, and maintenance of the equipment for the life of the program.

2. Lease Payment Protection
The monthly lease payment will never increase during your term. When customers choose the Advantage Program as their home heating and cooling solution, they get peace of mind that the monthly payment will always stay the same during your term, regardless of equipment costs or inflation.

3. Smart Technology
When enrolled in the Advantage Program, customers can choose to get a smart thermostat, including one that works with room sensors to help adjust temperature and humidity from anywhere. This will help save energy throughout the day.
How It Works

1. Start your program
HomeServe has partnered with Service Experts, a leading provider of HVAC heating/cooling equipment. There is no up-front payment, and you’ll make the monthly lease payment directly to Service Experts.*

2. Get your lease equipment
Technicians will be sent to remove your existing equipment and install your new heating and cooling equipment.

3. Enjoy convenient service
Simply call HomeServe if you need a covered repair or for annual maintenance on your new, efficient system.
*Should you sell your home, your lease is transferable to the buyer, provided certain conditions are met.
