About Portland Water District and HomeServe

Portland Water District has partnered with HomeServe to offer residential customers a range of optional plans designed to cover the unexpected cost of home repairs and provide peace of mind.

Repair Plans

The Portland Water District contracts with an independent organization, HomeServe, to offer service agreements to its customers. The purchase of these service agreements is voluntary and will not impact utility service received from the District. For the benefit of customers, Portland Water District is waiving the 5% fee HomeServe partners receive and passing the savings along to you to make this product less expensive. HomeServe USA Repair Management Corp. ("HomeServe"), with corporate offices located at 601 Merritt 7, 6th Floor, Norwalk, CT 06851, offers this optional service plan as an authorized representative of the service contract provider, North American Warranty, Inc., 175 West Jackson Blvd., Chicago, IL 60604.
