    The last thing any homeowner wants to worry about is what to do if their exterior water or interior plumbing lines break down. There are multiple places where these systems can experience problems, and you may be responsible for pricey replacements and repairs. For your water service line, you receive multiple service calls, up to $12,000 of annual of coverage. For your interior plumbing and drainage pipes, you receive multiple service calls, up to $2,000 of annual coverage. This plan also provides additional landscape restoration up to $1,000 per covered repair, hotel reimbursment up to $1,250 for reasonable hotel room per covered repair and up to $500 for boarding of house pets per Covered Repair

  • Damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others or unusual circumstances and the following product-specific exclusions: Exterior Water Service Line: Frozen lines, branch lines, any tanks or appliances. Additional exclusions apply. Interior Plumbing: Appliances, fittings or fixtures, vent stacks, pressure reducing valves, backflow prevention devices, fire suppression and other sprinkler systems, irrigation systems, distribution piping such as for radiators and heating systems, condensate drain lines for cooling systems, pumps, or grinders; frozen pipes. Additional exclusions apply. Restoration does not cover replacement of any artificial grass or plants, restoration to water structures, pastures or wooded areas. Costs on covered repairs may exceed the benefit limit, in which case you pay the difference between the cost and the benefit limit. Disputes resolved by arbitration, without class action or jury trial, unless otherwise stated in your full Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility: This description of coverage, exclusions and conditions is not the actual contract; the actual contract will be sent to you within approximately 10 business days after we receive your Form. To be eligible, you must own both the residential single structure and the land it is located on. Benefit Details: Coverage provides, up to the applicable benefit limit, to repair or replace the following that have experienced an operational failure, for which you have sole responsibility, that are damaged due to normal wear and tear, not accident or negligence. Exterior Water Service Line: The line from your utility's responsibility or external wall of your well casing to the water meter or main shut-off valve inside your home. Repair or replacement of non-functioning stop boxes, shut-off valves, pressure reducing valves and backflow prevention devices is also covered. Interior Plumbing: The plumbing lines that carry fresh water throughout the inside of your home. Restoration to your pavement, yard or landscaping disturbed as part of a covered water line repair is included, up to the benefit limit.

Making a Service Call: Your plan starts the day your Form is processed. You can make a service call immediately after your plan starts. During the initial 30-day review period you will receive the Terms and Conditions to help you decide if coverage is right for you. Upon renewal/reactivation (if applicable), there is no review period and you can make a service call immediately.
Cancellation: Cancel any time by calling HomeServe. You will not be charged during the review period (if applicable). If you cancel within 30 days of your start date, you will get a full refund (less claims paid, where applicable). Cancellations after the first 30 days will result in a pro-rata refund (less claims paid, where applicable).
Renewal: The plan is annual. Unless you cancel, your plan automatically renews annually at the then-current renewal price with your same payment terms.
