• Air ducts, a/c coils, registers, grilles, asbestos coverings, balancing of system, wiring and parts external to the unit, compressors or chillers, condenser casings, condenser coils, evaporator coils, metering systems/TXV valves, refrigerant for maintenance recharges, more than 1 pound of refrigerant, thermostats, thermostat wiring, refrigerant conversions; disconnect boxes and all wiring, breakers and switches contained within them; remediating or notifying you of mold or hazardous materials; any sections/parts not installed properly; repairs or replacement protected under other coverage; and damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others, wildlife or unusual circumstances (such as natural disasters).
