Service Call Fee Options

When you enroll in a plan from TotalHome Warranty, you will be asked to choose from the following service call fee options:

You pay the LOWEST fee / HIGHEST Monthly Cost

You pay the HIGHEST fee / LOWEST Monthly Cost

*Simply put, a service call fee is the expense associated with the time and travel to diagnose, inspect and provide expert recommendations by a certified professional technician. (It's something similar to a medical co-pay made at a doctor's office visit.)

Plans offer protection for damage due to normal wear and tear for one of each covered appliance that fails to perform its fundamental operation and one of each covered systems or its parts that fail. Subject to full Terms and Conditions, including eligibility requirements, additional exclusions and limitations.

HomeServe USA Repair Management Corp. ("HomeServe"), with corporate offices located at 601 Merritt 7, 6th Floor, Norwalk, CT 06851, is an independent company separate from SUEZ and offers TotalHome Warranty, an optional service plan, as an authorized representative of the service contract provider, North American Warranty, Inc., 175 West Jackson Blvd., Chicago, IL 60604. Your choice of whether to participate in this service plan will not affect the price, availability or terms of service from SUEZ.

** Saving will be $8.33 off per month in the first year, as compared to the renewal price.
