(“HomeServe”), with corporate offices located at 601 Merritt 7, 6th Floor, Norwalk, CT 06851, is an independent company separate from PSEG WorryFree Long Island LLC (“PSEG WorryFree”), PSEG WorryFree LLC and PSEG Long Island LLC. HomeServe offers these optional service plans as an authorized representative of the service contract provider, North American Warranty Inc., 175 West Jackson Blvd., 8th Floor, Chicago, IL 60604. PSEG WorryFree LLC and PSEG WorryFree Long Island LLC are separate legal entities from PSEG Long Island LLC. Customers of PSEG Long Island have no obligation to purchase services from HomeServe and their decision whether or not to purchase has no effect on their electric service from PSEG Long Island, or its cost. This is a service contract, with repairs performed by licensed contractors.
