PSEG WorryFree Long Island LLC has entered a relationship with HomeServe, a leading provider of emergency home repair programs nationwide, to offer eligible homeowners plans that can help protect you from the expense and inconvenience of a home emergency. There’s no deductible, we pay the technician's bill up to the benefit amount for covered repairs and guarantee all covered repairs for one year. This is a service contract, with repairs performed by licensed contractors.

Benefit Details: You will receive a 15% discount on any work performed on your eligible heating system, cooling system or water heater, and one tune-up per year for your eligible heating or cooling system. Tune-ups must be arranged and performed between February and September of each year.

Making a Service Call: Once you receive your Declaration Page, which contains your start date, you can call HomeServe’s 24-hour Repair Hotline to schedule an appointment. You must agree with the technician on the work to be performed and pay that technician directly (excluding tune-up). Repairs are guaranteed against defects in materials for 12 months, and workmanship for 30 days.
Cancellation: Cancel any time by calling HomeServe or visiting www.homeserve.com/cancel. If you cancel within 30 days of your start date, you get a full refund. After your first 30 days, your cancellation will be effective immediately and you will be given a pro-rata refund. If you have received a tune-up during the term, then this Service Agreement is not cancellable by you, and no refund will be given. If you miss a payment, you will not be able to use your Membership until payment is made.
Renewal: Each membership lasts 12 months from your start date and will automatically renew annually at the then-current renewal price with your same payment terms unless you cancel or fail to pay.
