Your choice of whether to purchase this plan will not affect the price, availability or terms of service from the City of Memphis. HomeServe is responsible for the services offered under these protection plans. The City of Memphis and HomeServe have entered into a commercial agreement to introduce these plans to the City of Memphis customers.
