Louisville Water Company and HomeServe entered into an agreement to introduce these plans to Louisville Water Company's customers.

- Unlimited annual benefit amount
- Multiple- service calls ($12,000 per call)
- One-year guarantee on all covered repairs
What's covered: 1
- Excavation to expose pipe
- Pipe replacement or repair
- Repair or replacement of seals and joints
- Unblocking
- Fitting external valves
- Fusing
- Locating the leak
- Welding
- Pipe cutting
- Backfilling of areas disturbed by repairs
Exclusions: 1
- Frozen lines, any tanks or appliances, lines that have failed a proactive inspection or test when no operational failure has occurred, branch lines, and damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others, wildlife or unusual circumstances. If costs on covered repairs exceed the benefit limit, you pay the difference. You will not be reimbursed for repairs performed by anyone not authorized by HomeServe. Additional exclusions apply.

- Non-conforming drain lines, septic/collection tanks, leaching fields, lines that branch off and do not connect back to the primary system and damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others, wildlife or unusual circumstances. If costs on covered repairs exceed the benefit limit, you pay the difference. You will not be reimbursed for repairs performed by anyone not authorized by HomeServe. Additional exclusions apply.
