- Frozen lines, any tanks or appliances, lines that have failed a proactive inspection or test when no operational failure has occurred, branch lines, remediating or notifying you of mold or hazardous materials, any sections/parts not installed properly, repairs or replacement protected under other coverage, and damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others, wildlife or unusual circumstances (such as natural disasters). If costs on covered repairs exceed the benefit limit, you pay the difference. You will not be reimbursed for repairs performed by anyone not authorized by HomeServe. Additional exclusions apply.

- Non-conforming drain lines, septic/collection tanks, leaching fields, lines that branch off and do not connect back to the primary system, replacement of any artificial grass or plants, restoration to water structures, pastures or wooded areas, and damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others, wildlife or unusual circumstances. If costs on covered repairs exceed the benefit limit, you pay the difference. You will not be reimbursed for repairs performed by anyone not authorized by HomeServe. Additional exclusions apply.

What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel within 30 days of your start date for a full refund; cancellations after the first 30 days will result in a pro rata refund less any claims paid (where applicable). Most basic homeowners insurance policies do not cover repair or replacement due to normal wear and tear of these components. If you find you have similar protection, you can cancel and receive a refund of your service agreement fee, less any claims paid (where applicable).

If I'm an Aqua customer, will HomeServe charges show up on my Aqua bill?
No. Customers who sign up for these plans will be billed directly by HomeServe.
After I purchase a plan, when does my coverage begin?
Your plan starts the day your order is processed, however there is an initial 30-day waiting period before you can make a service call, giving you 11 months of coverage during the first year.
