Aqua has partnered with HomeServe,* an independent company, to provide their customers affordable emergency repair plans that help protect against costly and inconvenient covered repairs to systems through their homes and properties. Aqua and HomeServe entered into an agreement to introduce these plans to Aqua's customers.

Your choice of whether to purchase this service plan will not affect the price, availability or terms of utility service from Aqua. Aqua and HomeServe entered into a commercial agreement to introduce these plans to Aqua's customers. The product being offered is a service contract and is separate and distinct from any product or service warranty which may be provided by the home builder or manufacturer.
