Who is HomeServe?
HomeServe USA Repair Management Corp. (“HomeServe”), with corporate offices located at 45 Glover Avenue, 6th Floor, Norwalk, CT 06850, is an independent company separate from Indiana Michigan Power and offers this optional service plan as an authorized representative of the service contract provider, National Home Repair Warranty, Inc., 59 Maiden Lane, 43rd Floor, New York, NY 10038. Your choice of whether to purchase this plan will not affect the price, availability or terms of service from Indiana Michigan Power. Indiana Michigan Power and HomeServe entered into a commercial agreement to present these plans to Indiana Michigan Power’s customers and to provide an option for HomeServe’s monthly charges to be included in customers’ electric bills. Coverage plans from HomeServe are not regulated by the state utility commission. The program is offered as an option and is not a service in regulated rates. Failure to pay the coverage plan will not affect electric service.
