HomeServe USA ("HomeServe" or "Sponsor") is the Sponsor of this Sweepstakes, which is designed to recognize and promote the use of our FieldPro Manager mobile application by our HomeServe network contractor partners (“Contractor Partners”). HomeServe will automatically enter eligible Contractor Partners who use the FieldPro Manager mobile application on 50% or more of their completed jobs during the given Entry Period and who have completed at least 100 jobs over the past 3 months into the “Win More of Syl’s Money” Sweepstakes.

• Eligibility: The “Win More of Syl’s Money” Sweepstakes is sponsored by HomeServe USA Corporation and is open only to HomeServe Contractor Partners and Locally Branded HomeServe Company Contractors 18 years or older, who are legal residents of the United States within the HomeServe network ("Eligible Entrant" or "Entrant"). HomeServe corporate employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited by law.

• Voluntary Participation: No HomeServe Technicians, Contractors and Partners are required to participate in this Sweepstakes. All participation in this Sweepstakes is voluntary. Eligible Entrants will be automatically be entered. All Qualifying Jobs that enable you to be an Eligible Entrant in this Sweepstakes must be done during your regular work hours. If you do not wish to participate in the Sweepstakes, please contact your Regional Operations Manager and you will be excluded from the Sweepstakes.

• Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on August 1, 2022 at 12:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends on March 31, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Within the Sweepstakes period, there will be 8 entry periods, one per month (each an "Entry Period"), scheduled as follows:

• Entry Into the Sweepstakes: During the Entry Period, each Contractor Partner that uses the FieldPro Manager application on 50% or more of their jobs during the given Entry Period will be granted a single entry into the Sweepstakes, which will be submitted for entry automatically upon meeting the eligibility criteria. This Sweepstakes will only be open to Contractor Partners with 100 or more jobs over the last 3 months preceding the start of the given Entry Period (“Valid Entry”) A Winner will be selected randomly from the pool of Valid Entries for the given Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of Valid Entries submitted.

• Submission Requirements: Entries must meet all the following requirements, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, or an Entry may be disqualified, or Prize forfeited:

• Winner Selection: One Eligible Entrant will be selected through a random draw from the pool of Valid Entries for each Entry Period (“Winner”). At the conclusion of that Entry Period, one Winner will be randomly selected per month. There will be a total of eight prize Winners for this Sweepstakes.

• Prize/Approximate Retail Value: Eight (8) Winners, one for each Entry Period, will each receive a Grand prize of an e-gift card valued at $1,000 ("Prize"). Prizes will be awarded to Winners via the email address Sponsor has on file for that Contractor Partner.

• Bound by Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you represent that you have read these Official Rules, understand, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and that all decisions of Sponsor regarding the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

• Winner Notification: Winner will be notified within approximately fifteen (15) days after the end of the given Entry Period. The Winner will be notified and the Prize will be provided via the email the Entrant has on file with HomeServe.

• Disclaimer of Responsibility: HomeServe is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected Entries or for Entries which are not received for any reason. HomeServe is also not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, computer equipment, software, applications, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by HomeServe on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the intranet or Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes, Application or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes should any portion of the Sweepstakes appear corrupt or unfair or for any reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If terminated, Sponsor will select the potential winner via the selection criteria set forth above from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT WILL HOMESERVE, OR ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OTHER EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR, IF CHOSEN AS A WINNER, THE ACCEPTANCE, USE, OR INJURY FROM ANY PRIZE AWARDED, ACCEPTED OR USED. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IF YOU LEGALLY RESIDE IN SUCH A JURISDICTION.

• Winners List: At the conclusion of the last Entry Period ending on March 31, 2023, Entrants may obtain a copy of the Winners List by requesting one from their Regional Operations Manager.
