  1. By entering into Homeserve’s Merlin Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. To enter, entrants must be aged 18 years and over and be a resident in the UK. Employees (and their families or agents) of HomeServe or any of its associated companies cannot enter the Prize Draw.

  2. Upon purchase of a gas policy on Homeserve.com you will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw will be open from 9.00 am on 28 June 2018 (“Opening Date”) and will close at 11.59pm on 31 July 2018 (“Closing Date”). Entries received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Prize Draw. There will be ten (10) prize winners.

  3. The prize for each of the winners of the Prize Draw is a Family Premium Merlin Annual Pass (“the Prize”), representing a family of 4 (2 Adults and 2 Children). Please find Merlin’s T&Cs by following the URL: www.merlinannualpass.co.uk/terms

  4. One entry per person. If more than one entry is received only the first entry will be accepted. If you cancel your policy within 30 days of the start date you will not receive your prize.

  5. HomeServe reserves the right to substitute the prizes with a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the Prize described above cannot be provided to the winner. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given.

  6. The winners of the Prize Draw will be drawn at random from all valid entries received between the Opening Date and the Closing Date. The draw will be made on or shortly after 31 July 2018. HomeServe will notify the winners by email on 14 August 2018. If any winner cannot be contacted or fails to confirm acceptance of their prize within 2 working days of being notified, that prize winner will forfeit their prize and HomeServe reserves the right to select an alternative prize winner.

  7. HomeServe's decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. However, the name and county of the Prize winners will be available by sending a stamped address envelope to: Merlin Pass Prize Draw, Corporate Affairs, HomeServe Membership Limited, Cable Drive, Walsall, WS2 7BN.

  8. HomeServe will use any information which you provide in accordance with its Privacy Policy which is available at https://www.homeserve.com/about/privacy-policy.

  9. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree that HomeServe and its group companies, can use your e-mail and other personal data for publicity, news and promotional purposes in any and all media.

  10. HomeServe shall not be responsible or liable for any expenses incurred by any of the winners over and above the Prize offered.

  11. HomeServe reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw the Prize Draw at any time.

  12. If any of these terms and conditions are found to be void or unenforceable, that term shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.

  13. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
