During winter, even the most looked after boiler will struggle to function if its condensate pipe freezes. Luckily, it’s not a difficult job to put things right if it does happen. This handy guide (with video) will help you get your boiler up and running quickly and easily.

- On the purchase of Gas Boiler Breakdown Cover arranged and administered by HomeServe Membership Limited and underwritten by Aviva Insurance Limited without service (either as a standalone or in conjunction with a boiler repair). You will need to book the boiler service within 12 months of the start date of your Boiler Breakdown Cover, which is still in force at the time of the booking of the boiler service.
- On the supply and installation of a new boiler by HomeServe booked before 6 December 2019. You will need to book the boiler service within 12 months of the installation of the boiler.
When you book your free boiler service, please remember to quote “Winter” to ensure that your boiler service is provided free of charge.
