Excellent customer service
We were very happy with our service from HomeServe. Firstly I didn’t have to wait ages on the phone to speak to someone which makes a change nowadays. A plumber came out the following day & eventually found the problem leak. He was informative & hardworking.
People on the phone were polite, helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. All appointments were made on time. Scott, the engineer, was excellent- very polite, informative and helpful.

Friendly and helpful engineers
The plumber was very good as he introduced himself before he came in. He had a look at the tap and said that it wasn’t any good, went to the van and found a new set and fitted them and got everything working fine. He then packed up his tools and said goodbye and left.He was a very nice chap and very good at his job.
The ease and helpfulness of the phone person in getting me a quick visit from an engineer.
The engineers who came out were friendly and got straight to work fixing my problems.
All in all a stress free service that I am happy to pay for and as a pensioner this is great for me. Thank you.
My emergency was at 6pm on a Saturday evening when my toilet started leaking. Due to our circumstances the engineer was called out and arrived at 10.15pm and closed off the water to the toilet so we could continue to be able to use the water. The engineer was extremely kind and helpful.
Excellent, start to finish. I already gave the call centre full marks and the plumber was just as good. Enormously helpful, kept me in touch before he arrived, explained every step of the work and worked quickly, efficiently and to the highest standard.
HomeServe when I contacted them took into account the need with my wife having two carers four times a day utilising the toilet where the blockage occurred. The operator turned up early the next morning and dealt with the problem professionally explaining what he was doing and showing me exactly where the blockage was occurring. He had been here previously but dealt with this blockage without any complaints . It was a pleasure to have dealt with HomeServe.
The engineer who visited was very professional. It was a second visit as the order for an internal door flap for the freezer had been ordered but had not arrived. I am still waiting for the second inner door to be delivered after the recent visit.
The plumber who came was punctual, diagnosed my water pressure issue very quickly and fixed it with minimal disruption and no mess. He was highly professional and clearly experienced ….an asset to the company!
It was easy to book the engineer online. Although he was delayed by an emergency, when he arrived he was very courteous and professional, and able to fix the problem surprisingly quickly. Highly recommended.
Easy to book
It was easy to book everything online, the repair person contacted us to say what time he would arrive, he arrived on time and was very easy to talk to and he was very professional in his work, he completed the work, and cleaned up after the work.
Very easy to book a call out. Very prompt service. Engineer was very knowledgeable, friendly and tidied up as he went along so no mess! Would definitely recommend this service.
The pleasant young man arrived punctually. He quickly understood the problem and fitted a new flushing system to my toilet. He gave me a choice of handles.
He was polite and efficient.
The appointment was booked online and the engineer arrived as arranged two days later. He replaced the faulty thermostat and checked the full system. He found a faulty rad valve and replaced that too. Excellent service.
Great service, had an emergency but there were no slots available on-line. The guy I spoke to was amazing and rearranged the day’s workload to accommodate my needs.
