Our Boxing Day was back on track.
“We woke up on Boxing Day and realised the heating wasn’t on. We checked the boiler and the lights had gone off. We had people coming over, so it was important we got it working again.
HomeServe arranged for an engineer to come out the same day. Matt turned up at 10am – he’d travelled a fair way, but was determined not to leave until we were warm.
It was a complicated issue, but he fixed it. We even had a chat about our Christmas Day. He had such a great manner and technical skill.
By 11.30am the heating was back on and so were our festive plans. Thank you so much.”
