This offer will benefit approximately 3 million people that either;
Work for the NHS (employed by an NHS trust). This includes trainees who, as part of their course, are working in a hospital or patient’s homes.
Work in adult care in care homes (employed by local authority, independent and not-for-profit sectors or private companies). This includes, Social Care workers whose primary work is to deal with adult social care in hospitals, care homes and private care homes, such as care workers, caterers, cleaners, nurses, occupational therapists, personal assistants, registered managers and social workers.

When you call us to book your claim, we’ll ask you to confirm that you’re an NHS or Social Care worker. Then, when the engineer turns up to complete your job they may ask you to show your NHS ID or Care badge as proof.
