Your tenants rely on their plumbing and electrics every day, so to make sure they're covered for a problem, we've introduced a brand new product to our range. From burst pipes to a faulty fuse box and even DIY accidents, we'll be there to get things up and running again as quickly as we can.

We'll aim to be with your tenants the same day in an emergency and we can even deal with them directly, so you don't have to worry. They can call us at any time of the day and they can claim as many times as they need - you don’t often hear that!

What's covered?
  • Leaking pipes within your home
  • Blocked drains
  • Blockages to sinks and toilets
  • Leaks or blockages to your water supply pipe
  • Dripping or seized taps
  • Failed wiring
  • A breakdown of the fusebox
  • Broken power sockets or switches
  • Faults on the electric shower unit

  • A boiler breakdown that leaves you without heating or hot water
  • Guttering
  • Soakaways
  • Shared drains, or drains or pipes you're not responsible for

Your excess: £30
Annual price: £72

Your price will increase at renewal, but you’ll always receive a reminder. If you choose to continue into your second year, the expected price for customers who haven’t made a claim is £21.63 a month (£259.56 for the year).

Price includes any applicable Insurance Premium Tax and is subject to any inflation and tax rate changes.

Choose your excess

Your excess is the amount you’ll have to pay up front each time you make a claim. The higher your excess, the cheaper your monthly premium.

If you keep your excess at £30, your monthly premium will be £6. However, this product is also available with a £0 excess for £12 per month.
