This plan is for landlords only. Retail, commercial and other premises used for business are not eligible, and council and housing association tenants will not need this service. Mobile homes, bedsits, sub-divided homes and sub-let properties are not covered.

What happens after the first year?
Your plan is for 12 months. You'll receive your new plan documents in advance of renewal to give you time to decide if the plan is still right for you. Your plan will automatically renew unless you tell HomeServe otherwise.

We're careful to vet all HomeServe approved tradesmen. We do this by:
