What's covered?
  • A leak within or breakdown of the 'natural gas' gas central heating boiler

  • Replacement of the heat exchanger
  • Inability to control the temperature or timings of your boiler
  • No claims limit and no limit to the number of claims provided the boiler is not beyond economical repair (BER)

Main exclusions are:
  • Faulty radiators
  • Gas/water pipes, tanks and cylinders external to your boiler
  • A noisy boiler that’s still working

The price will increase at renewal. Customers in their second year are currently paying £21.20 per month, £254.40 for the year, provided they have made no claims.
