This product does not include a gas safety inspection or boiler service. Choose to add a gas safety inspection and boiler service, free in the first year.

What's covered?
  • Natural gas central heating breakdowns
  • Plumbing and drainage inside the home
  • Dripping taps and toilet/tank overflows
  • Electrical wiring
  • Replacing lost keys and repairing broken locks for doors which secure your home
  • No limit to the number of claims, and up to £4,000 per claim, except for gas central heating, where the claim value limit is up to the point the boiler is beyond economical repair (BER)

With £50 excess. Annual price £264.00.

The price will be different for existing and returning customers. The price will increase at renewal. Currently customers in their second year are paying £22.10 a month, £265.20 for the year for this policy, provided they have made no claims.
