What's covered?
  • In the event of a breakdown, we will repair or replace the heater
  • Plumbing and drainage inside the home
  • Dripping taps and toilet/tank overflows
  • Electrical wiring
  • Replacing lost keys and repairing broken locks for doors which secure your home
  • No limit to the number of claims, and up to £4,000 per claim, except in the case of electrical heating breakdown for a heater which is found to be beyond economical repair (BER). If the heater is BER we will make a contribution of up to £200 towards a new one

The price will be different for existing customers. The price will increase at renewal. Currently customers in their second year are paying £13.90 a month, £166.80 for the year for this policy, provided they have made no claims.
