If you’re looking for cover that does the hard work for you, should an unexpected problem strike, look no further than HomeServe Cover 6.

From plumbing, drainage and water supply pipe repairs, to faulty electrics, broken locks and pests, this combined cover will give you peace of mind that a HomeServe approved engineer is on hand when you need them the most. You can also claim as many times as you need and each claim has a £4,000 limit.

What's covered?
  • Repairs to your home's plumbing system and the parts of your water supply pipe that you’re responsible for
  • Repairs to and unblocking of your home’s drains and waste pipes to restore flow within your property boundary
  • Repairs to your home’s mains electrical wiring system
  • Repairs to broken locks at your home and replacement of keys
  • Removal of pest problems

Main exclusions are:
  • Household appliances
  • Showers
  • Guttering
  • Soakaways
  • Loss of heating and/or hot water
  • Repairs or a replacement of your gas supply pipe
  • Any pest outside other than a wasp/hornet nest

With £60 excess. Annual price £45.

The price will be different for existing and returning customers. The price will increase at renewal. Currently customers in their second year are paying £6.25 a month, £75 for the year for this policy, provided they have made no claims.

Choose your claim excess

This is the amount you pay if you make a claim. The higher your excess, the cheaper your monthly premium.
