Am I eligible for a Boiler Service?
This plan is only for homeowners. It doesn’t cover mobile homes, park homes or business premises. Retail, commercial and other premises used for business are not eligible.
The property must be your permanent private residence and owned by you. The boiler(s) at your home must have a power input of less than 70 KW and be fired by natural gas (not LPG, electricity or oil).

What happens if I change my mind?
There is a cancellation period that begins at the same time as your plan. This is shown in your plan schedule as the cancellation period.
The cancellation period is 28 days after your plan start date. If you cancel within this period you will receive a full refund unless you choose to have your Boiler Service completed during this period, in which case you will lose your right to cancel and will not receive a refund.
If you cancel after this period and you have not received any service(s) under this plan, you will receive a refund of any payments made minus any applicable administration fee.
If you cancel after this period and you have received any service(s) under this plan, you will not be entitled to a refund. For further information, please see the terms and conditions.
When will my boiler service be carried out?
To help make life easier, we’ll contact you to book your Boiler Service. Appointments are carried out Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays.
What if I suspect I have a gas leak?
If you think you have a gas leak, call the National Gas Emergency Service immediately on 0800 111 999.
What happens after I’ve had my plan for a year?
Your plan is set up so that it will automatically renew every year. This is to make the process of renewing easier. We’ll send you a reminder about 4 weeks before your plan is due to renew. This will confirm the price of your plan for the next year and prompt you to check that it still meets your needs.
The price of your plan may increase at renewal. Customers about to renew their plan for a second year can expect to pay £108 for the year.
If you’d rather your plan didn’t automatically renew, you can cancel this feature when you apply. Alternatively, you can contact us to switch off automatic renewal at any time afterwards.
If you decide you don’t want your cover to automatically renew, you’ll need to contact us each year to renew it yourself and organise payment.
