Protect your home's electrics and heating

With this combined cover, you can count on HomeServe approved engineers to help if a problem strikes and leaves you without electrics or heating. From gas central heating breakdowns and noisy boilers to getting your lights back on, with cover you wouldn’t have to deal with a problem on your own.

It includes a Boiler Service too, which usually takes place within the first 90 days of your cover start date. And, for all new customers, HomeServe will also carry out a Boiler Health Check, so they can make sure your boiler is as safe as possible and can be covered.

You can claim as many times as you need and each claim has a £4,000 limit, unless it’s a boiler or central heating claim, where there’s no limit as long as your boiler isn’t Beyond Economical Repair (BER).

But, the best bit of all is, after 6 months, if your boiler is BER and less than 7 years old, HomeServe will replace it for free. If it is older than 7 years old, HomeServe will source, replace and install a new boiler and all you'd have to do is pay for installation.

What's covered?
  • Repairs to your home’s gas central heating system, including boiler controls
  • Repair or replacement of standard radiators, tanks, immersion heaters and hot water cylinder
  • Repairs to a broken immersion heater
  • Electrical wiring
