As this is a Gas Boiler Service Plan, you’ll be asked to enter your bank details, but rest assured that no payment will be taken in the first 12 months. HomeServe will write to you at renewal, so you can decide whether to continue into the second year, when it costs £8 a month or £24 a quarter - that's £96 for the year.

Are you eligible to apply?
This plan is for homeowners only. Retail, commercial and other premises used for business are not eligible, and council and housing association tenants will not need this service. The property must be your permanent private residence and owned and solely occupied by you and your family with no business use. Mobile homes, bedsits, sub-divided homes and let and sub-let properties are not covered.
The boiler at your property must have a power input of less than 70 KW/hr and be fired by natural gas (and not LPG, electric or oil).

What happens after the first year?
Your plan is for 12 months. You'll receive your new plan documents in advance of renewal to give you time to decide if the plan is still right for you. Your plan will automatically renew unless you tell HomeServe otherwise.
How can this plan be cancelled?
If you change your mind, you can cancel the plan at anytime by contacting HomeServe in writing, by telephone or by using the cancellation form online atwww.homeserve.com/cancellationletter.
