Frequently asked questions

We’ve changed how you log into My HomeServe to keep your details even more secure, after you’ve registered you can log in with your email address and password.

You’ll only have to register once, so it’s easier for you to remember your details to log in and manage your policy any time, from anywhere with our handy online service in My HomeServe.

You’ll need to complete the following steps to register for an account:

  1. Enter your policy details (you’ll need your policy / plan number, address and email address we hold on our system for you).
  2. Open your confirmation email and follow the link to verify your details
  3. Set your password
  4. You’re all set up - you can now log in

You can find your policy / plan number on the documents you received when you first purchased it and also on any renewal documents.

Firstly check your spam or junk folder in case the email has ended up in there. If this isn’t the case you can contact us or chat with us. 

My HomeServe isn't yet available for our landlord products. You can however visit our Landlord Hub to make a claim online.

If you are having trouble with registering your My HomeServe account, please check your following details:

  • Policy / Plan number
  • Address
  • Email address

Your details must match with the details we hold on our system.

Don’t worry, contact us and we’ll update your details so that you can register for your My HomeServe account.

If you get an error message saying ‘Invalid username or password. Please try again or contact us’,  the combination of your username and password may be invalid or if you have attempted to log in 5 times or more, your account will be locked. You can try again or if you need help you can get in touch by contacting us.
