New to My HomeServe? Or not visited our existing Customer area for a while? You'll now need to register for an account.
We’ve changed how you log into My HomeServe to keep your details even more secure, after you’ve registered you can log in with your email address and password.
You’ll only have to register once, so it’s easier for you to remember your details to log in and manage your policy any time, from anywhere with our handy online service in My HomeServe.
You’ll need to complete the following steps to register for an account:
You can find your policy / plan number on the documents you received when you first purchased it and also on any renewal documents.

My HomeServe isn't yet available for our landlord products. You can however visit our Landlord Hub to make a claim online.

If you get an error message saying ‘Invalid username or password. Please try again or contact us’, the combination of your username and password may be invalid or if you have attempted to log in 5 times or more, your account will be locked.
