This insurance covers natural gas boilers only (not LPG, oil or solid fuel) that have a total power input of less than 70 KW. Dual-purpose boilers, warm air heating systems, combination and thermal storage units aren't covered.

What happens if you change your mind?

If you're not happy or change your mind within 28 days, any premium paid will be refunded, as long as no claims have been made. Please see Terms and Conditions above for more details.

This policy may have an initial exclusion period within which you'll not be able to make a claim. Please see your policy documents for more details.

You’ll receive a reminder about 4 weeks before your cover is due to renew. This will confirm the price of your cover for the next year and prompt you to check that it still meets your needs.

Your cover is set up to renew automatically, so if it’s still right for you there’s no need to do anything - it’s all taken care of. If you’d rather your cover didn’t automatically renew, you can cancel this feature on the payment page or contact us at any other time.

If you decide you don’t want your cover to automatically renew, you’ll need to contact us each year to renew it yourself and organise payment.
