Damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others or unusual circumstances, gas logs, wifi thermostats, fireplaces and other space heating, heat recovery, extraction or window air conditioners, mixing valves, expansion tanks, water coils, air vents, attic pans and/or damage due to broken condensate lines, more than 2 circulators and 2 standard thermostats, piping to and from boilers, or refrigerant conversions.
