    If your home is a recreational vehicle, intended to be moved, or used for commercial purposes

    You know of any current problems with your system at enrollment, your system was not installed per code or per manufacturer specifications

    Your entire system is shared with a 3rd party or covered by an association

    Your system has a furnace or boiler rated at inputs of 400,000 Btu/hr. or more, is installed on a roof, or is a through-the-wall, hanging, geothermal heat pump, combination ambient heat/domestic hot water heating or oil unit

  • Exclusions

    Air ducts, registers, air filters, zoning components and electronics, electronic air cleaners, flue venting, humidifiers, thermostats, thermostat wiring, air balancing, chimney maintenance or repairs, heating jacket, asbestos or other insulation; heat exchangers, leaking boilers, boiler distribution piping, radiators; remediating or notifying you of mold or hazardous materials; any sections/parts not installed properly; repairs or replacement protected under other coverage; and damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others, wildlife or unusual circumstances (such as natural disasters). If costs on covered repairs exceed the benefit limit, you pay the difference. You will not be reimbursed for repairs performed by anyone not authorized by HomeServe. Additional exclusions apply.
