(HSRMF) will offer the purchasers of the following home service contracts (sold in connection with HSRMF’s relationship with FPL Energy Services) an instant rebate for these home warranty products provided by Northcoast Warranty Services, License #49123. The amount of and the availability of the rebate will by no means depend upon the age, sex, race, nationality, ethnic origin, marital status, or occupation of the consumer. The rebate will be available to all customers purchasing this coverage. The plans are as follows:
Cooling System Plans:
• For the cooling system plan covering heat pumps, which normally costs $29.99, HSRMF will provide an instant rebate of $14.99 per month for one year, or 50% of the cost of the plan. This means that you will pay $29.99 per month for the coverage after the first year instant rebate.
• For the cooling system plan which covers heat pumps and provides an annual tune up, which normally costs $37.99, HSRMF will provide an instant rebate of $18.99 per month for one year, or 50% of the cost of the plan. This means that you will pay $37.99 per month for the coverage after the first year instant rebate.
Exterior Electrical Line Coverage:
• For the exterior electrical line system plan, which normally costs $4.99, HSRMF will provide an instant rebate of $2.49 per month for one year, or 50% of the cost of the plan. This means that you will pay $4.99 per month for the coverage after the first year instant rebate.
Interior Electrical Line Coverage:
• For the interior electrical line system plan, which normally costs $6.49, HSRMF will provide an instant rebate of $3.24 per month for one year, or 50% of the cost of the plan. This means that you will pay $6.49 per month for the coverage after the first year instant rebate.
Water Heater Repair and Replacement Plan:
• For the water heater repair and replacement plan, which normally costs $9.49, HSRMF will provide an instant rebate of $4.74 per month for one year, or 50% of the cost of the plan. This means that you will pay $9.49 per month for the coverage after the first year instant rebate.
Exterior Water Service Line Plus Coverage:
• For the exterior water service line plan, which normally costs $7.49, HSRMF will provide an instant rebate of $3.74 per month for one year, or 50% of the cost of the plan. This means that you will pay $7.49 per month for the coverage after after the first year instant rebate.
Exterior Sewer/Septic Line Plus Coverage:
• For the exterior sewer/septic line plan, which normally costs $9.99, HSRMF will provide an instant rebate of $4.99 per month for one year, or 50% of the cost of the plan. This means that you will pay $9.99 per month for the coverage after the first year instant rebate.
Interior Plumbing and Drainage System Coverage:
• For the interior plumbing and draining system plan, which normally costs $13.99, HSRMF will provide an instant rebate of $6.99 per month for one year, or 50% of the cost of the plan. This means that you will pay $6.99 per month for the coverage after the first year instant rebate.
Electrical Line Coverage:

Electrical Line Plus Coverage:

Exclusions:
- Damage or failure due to disconnection or interruption to the main electrical supply, transformers, repair of wiring connected to or any part of the following: doorbells, smoke detectors, garage door systems, and thermostats and similar type systems, generators, non-utility supplied power and/or lines, appliances, meter pedestals, pool heaters, fixtures or fittings, lines to secondary buildings or any structure other than your home or detached garages and damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others, wildlife or unusual circumstances. The meter that measures the amount of electricity used is not covered by this plan, but it is maintained by FPL. Costs on covered repairs may exceed the benefit limit, in which case you pay the difference between the cost and the benefit limit. Additional exclusions apply.
