If your home is a recreational vehicle or otherwise intended to be moved; your property is used for commercial purposes; you know of any current problems with your exterior water service line before enrollment; or your entire exterior water service line is shared with a 3rd party or covered by a homeowners’ association or the like
Exclusions
Branch lines, frozen lines, any tanks or appliances; replacement of any artificial grass or plants; restoration to water structures, pastures or wooded areas; and damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others or unusual circumstances. Costs on covered repairs may exceed the benefit limit, in which case you pay the difference between the cost and the benefit limit. Additional exclusions apply.

If your property is used for commercial purposes; you know of any current problems with your exterior sewer/septic system before enrollment; your entire exterior sewer/septic system is shared with a 3rd party or covered by a homeowners’ association or the like; or your exterior sewer/septic line previously had roots removed or failed a smoke or dye test, camera inspection or any other proactive test without resolution
Exclusions
Septic/collection tanks; leaching fields; non-conforming drain lines; branch lines; restoration to water structures, pastures or wooded areas; replacement of any artificial grass or plants; and damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others or unusual circumstances. Additional exclusions apply.

You may cancel within 30 days of your start date for a full refund (less any claims paid, where applicable). Cancellations after the first 30 days will be effective at the end of the then-current billing month, and you will be entitled to a pro-rata refund less any claims paid (where applicable). You may also contact SLWA to cancel if you find your utility or municipality provides similar coverage to you at no charge, and you will receive a refund less any claims paid (where applicable).
