If costs on covered repairs exceed the benefit limit, you pay the difference. You will not be reimbursed for repairs performed by anyone not authorized by HomeServe. Additional exclusions apply.

Benefit Details: Coverage provides, up to the applicable benefit limit, to drain clean, repair or replace the following for which you have sole responsibility, that have experienced an operational failure and are damaged due to normal wear and tear, not accident or negligence: the plumbing and drainage lines in your home. Technicians must have safe access to the work area.
Not covered: Non-conforming drain lines; appliances, fittings, fixtures, hose bibbs, vent stacks, pressure reducing valves, backflow prevention devices, fire suppression and other sprinkler systems, irrigation systems, distribution piping such as for radiators and heating systems, condensate drain lines for cooling systems, pumps, or grinders; frozen pipes; and damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others, wildlife or unusual circumstances. If costs on covered repairs exceed the benefit limit, you pay the difference. You will not be reimbursed for repairs performed by anyone not authorized by HomeServe. Additional exclusions apply. Disputes resolved by arbitration, without class action or jury trial, unless otherwise stated in your full Terms and Conditions.
Making a Service Call: You can make a service call immediately after your plan starts, which is 30 days after your enrollment is processed. Upon renewal/restart (if applicable), you can make a service call immediately.
Cancellation: Cancel your plan any time by calling HomeServe at 1-844-849-3621 or visiting www.homeserve.com/cancel. If you cancel within 30 days before your plan start date, you will not be charged. If you cancel within 30 days after the plan start date, you will get a full refund (less benefits paid). If you cancel 31 or more days after the plan start date, you will get a pro-rata refund (less benefits paid). Upon renewal/restart, you can cancel any time and you will get a pro-rata refund (less benefits paid).
Renewal: The plan is annual. Unless you cancel, your plan automatically renews annually at the then-current renewal price with your same payment terms.
