  • Why Choose this Plan

It costs $1,658 to replace the weatherhead, service cable from weatherhead to meter box and the service entrance conductor.*

Problems with your exterior electrical wiring system can cause:

    • a power outage
    • exposed electrical wires
    • flickering lights

Many homeowners are not aware that they may be responsible to pay for repairs to some exterior electrical components on their private property. If your exterior electrical wiring breaks down, you need a qualified electrician to reconnect overhead lines, replace underground service, repair a loose meter or replace faulty wiring. Without the Exterior Electrical Coverage, a breakdown may require you to pay these typical costs for repairs.

*Costs shown are estimates only. Actual repair costs could be more or less than stated cost. National average repair costs within the HomeServe network as of June 2020. No charge for covered repairs up to your annual benefit amount.
