  • Appliances covered by a manufacturer's warranty, chemical, sedimentary or mineral build up, mold, mud, soil movement, pet damage, or pest damage; rust or corrosion within 90 days of the start date; instances where environmental contamination is evident or where contamination could be caused and any costs associated with treatment, removal, recovery, disposal, transportation or storage of any known or suspected toxic or hazardous substance/material; any additional costs to repair, replace or remove appliances affixed within your home or making space for replacement appliances where they don't fit within the existing space; damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others, or unusual circumstances. Microwave: interior linings, door glass, light bulbs, clocks, shelves, portable or counter-top units, meat probe assemblies, rotisseries. Dishwasher: Racks, baskets, rollers. Kitchen refrigerator: Racks, shelves, beverage dispensers and their respective equipment, interior thermal shells, food or other content spoilage, light bulbs. Range/oven/cooktop: Clocks or light bulbs (unless they affect the function of the oven), meat probe assemblies, rotisseries, racks, handles, knobs and dials. Sensi-heat burners will only be replaced with standard burners. Eligibility: An owner of a residential single structure, or a unit within a structure, that is not intended to be moved may be eligible for coverage. This includes single family homes (inclusive of manufactured housing), townhomes and apartments. An owner of a single structure with multiple units is also eligible but the specific unit mailing address for each service agreement purchased must be provided. Recreational vehicles and properties used for commercial purposes are not eligible. You are not eligible if you are aware of any pre-existing conditions, defects or deficiencies with any of your appliances prior to enrollment. Appliances that are shared with any third party, covered by a homeowners', condominium or like association, are also not eligible. If you live in a development community with a condominium, co-op or homeowners association, your appliances may not be an individual homeowner's responsibility, so please check with your association before accepting this coverage.
Benefit Details: Coverage provides, up to the applicable benefit limit, to repair or replace an exterior water service line for which you have sole responsibility, from your property boundary or external wall of your well casing to the external wall of your home that is damaged due to normal wear and tear, not accident or negligence. Restoration to your pavement, yard or landscaping disturbed as part of a covered repair is included, up to the benefit limit.

Making a Service Call: Your plan starts the day your form is processed, and there is an initial 30-day waiting period before you can make a service call, giving you 11 months of coverage during the first year. Upon renewal/reactivation (if applicable), you will not be subject to a waiting period.
Cancellation: You may cancel within 30 days of your start date for a full refund (or less any claims paid if cancelled at any time after renewal/reactivation, where applicable). Cancellations after the first 30 days will be effective at the end of the then-current billing month, and you will be entitled to a pro-rata refund less any claims paid (where applicable).
Renewal: The plan is annual. Unless you cancel, your plan automatically renews annually at the then-current renewal price and is billed monthly through your utility bill.

What's covered: Coverage provides, up to the benefit amount per appliance, for the covered cost to repair or replace residential appliances located inside your home, for which you have sole responsibility, that fail to perform their fundamental operation(s) in normal service due to normal wear and tear, not accident or negligence. This service agreement covers one (1) of each of the following appliances and all their components and parts, except those noted in the "Not Covered" section: built-in microwave oven; built-in or portable dishwasher; refrigerator located in your kitchen (including integral freezer or ice maker); built-in, portable or free standing gas or electric range/oven/cooktop; clothes washer and dryer. If any appliance is deemed beyond repair, you can apply the balance of your benefit amount to a like-for-like replacement.
