Premier Heat

Eligibility: To be eligible, you must own the residential single structure or a unit within a structure. Multi-family homes can have no more than 4 housing units. If you own a multi-family home or multiple housing units, provide the mailing address for each service agreement. You are not eligible if your home is a recreational vehicle, intended to be moved, or used for commercial purposes; you know of any current problems with your system(s) at enrollment; your system(s) was not installed per code or per manufacturer specifications; your entire system(s) is shared with a 3rd party or covered by an association. Water Heater: Water heaters that are commercial grade, greater than 95,000 Btu/hr., larger than 100 gallons, installed on a roof, or are tankless, solar, geothermal, oil, propane, hanging tank-based or combination home heating/domestic hot water units are not eligible for this portion of coverage. Heating System: Heating systems with a furnace or boiler rated at inputs of 450,000 Btu/hr. or more, installed on a roof, or through-the-wall, hanging, geothermal heat pump, combination ambient heat/domestic hot water heating, propane, electric central forced-air, or oil units are not eligible for this portion of coverage.
Benefit Details: Coverage provides, up to the applicable benefit limit, to repair 1 of each of the following system(s) that has experienced an operational failure, for which you have sole responsibility, that are damaged due to normal wear and tear, not accident or negligence. Coverage provides for repair or replacement of parts only. Your system(s) will not be replaced. Water Heater: The following broken or failed parts of your atmospheric, power-direct-vent, power-vent or direct-vent water heater fueled by natural gas or electricity: aquastats, electrical water heating elements, gas valves, high-efficiency condensate pumps, galvanized flue piping, induced draft pressure switches, pilot assemblies, pilot tubing, spill switches, T and P relief valves, thermocouples, vacuum relief valves, and vent connectors. Heating System: The following broken or failed parts of your central forced-air furnace, circulating hot water or steam heating system fueled by natural gas: air eliminators (#67), air vents (#400), aquastats, autofill valves, automatic gas valves, automatic water feeders, blow down valves, blowers, blower assemblies, blower motors, blower relays, blower wheels, capacitors, circuit boards, circulators, condensate pumps, conversion burner motors, draft diverters, drain-off valves, ECO safeties, electrical switches for house heaters only, electronic ignitions, electronic spark modules, electrodes, emergency electrical switches, expansion tank draining (if needed), extrol tanks, fan controls, fan door switches, fan relays, flue mounted draft hoods, filtrol tanks, flame rollout switches, flame sensors, flue pipe sleeves, fuses, fusible links, galvanized flue piping, gas valves, gauges, gauge glass, generator leads, inducer motor, ignition controls, ignition electrodes, ignition modules, ignitors, limit controls, low water cutoff, low water cutoff floats, low water cutoff switches, modules, motorized flue dampers, orifices, pigtails, pilot and burner tubing, pilot assemblies, pilot burners, pilot generators, pilot safeties, power burner motors for high efficiency equipment, pressure differential switches, pressure gauges, pressure reducing valves, pressure relief valves, pressure switches, pressuretrols, T and P relief valves, thermocouples, non-Wi-Fi controlled standard thermostats, transformers, and zone valve heads, up to 3 heating zones.
Not covered: Remediating or notifying you of mold or hazardous materials; any sections/parts not installed properly; repairs or replacement protected under other coverage; and damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others, wildlife or unusual circumstances (such as natural disasters). Disputes resolved by arbitration, without class action or jury trial, unless otherwise stated in your full Terms and Conditions. Inspections, seasonal turn on/offs, maintenance work. Water Heater: Damage due to restricted lines or water pressure over 80 P. S. I. Heating System: Bronze circulators, outdoor thermostats, complete zone valve replacements, more than 3 heating zones. Additional exclusions apply.
Making a service call: You can make a service call immediately after your plan starts, which is 10 days after your enrollment is processed. Upon renewal/restart (if applicable), you can make a service call immediately.
Cancellation: Cancel your plan any time by calling HomeServe or visiting www.homeserve.com/cancel. If you cancel within 30 days before your plan start date, you will not be charged. If you cancel within 30 days after the plan start date, you will get a full refund (less benefits paid). If you cancel 31 or more days after the plan start date, you will get a pro-rata refund (less benefits paid). Upon renewal/restart, you can cancel any time and you will get a pro-rata refund (less benefits paid).
Renewal: The plan is annual. Unless you cancel, your plan automatically renews annually at the then-current renewal price with your same payment terms.
