Eligible
- To be eligible, you must own the residential single structure or a unit within a structure
- Only the following ductless heating and cooling systems are eligible: Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Lennox, Daikin, Carrier, Trane or LG
- If you own a multi-family home or multiple housing units, provide the mailing address for each service agreement
Not Eligible
- If your home is a recreational vehicle, intended to be moved, or used for commercial purposes
- You know of any current problems with your system at enrollment, your system was not installed per code or per manufacturer specifications
- Your entire system is shared with a 3rd party or covered by an association
- Your system has more than 1 condenser or 3 air handlers; has non-compliant components, exceeds 5 tons capacity, is installed on a roof, or is an ammonia cooling, geothermal heat pump, window, through-the-wall, or hanging unit

- Refrigerant conversions, air filters, compressors, condenser or evaporator coils, electric disconnects, remote control devices, metering systems that include TXV or 4-way valves, king/reversing valves, more than 1 pound of refrigerant, refrigerant for maintenance recharges, refrigerant leaks or searches, more than 1 condenser or 1 air handler, sheet metal work, remediating or notifying you of mold or hazardous materials; any sections/parts not installed properly; repairs or replacement protected under other coverage; maintenance work not included in a tune-up; and damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others, wildlife or unusual circumstances (such as natural disasters). Additional exclusions apply. If costs on covered repairs exceed the benefit limit, you pay the difference. You will not be reimbursed for repairs performed by anyone not authorized by HomeServe.
Benefit Details: Coverage provides, up to the applicable benefit limit, to repair or replace the following for which you have sole responsibility, that have experienced an operational failure and are damaged due to normal wear and tear, not accident or negligence: the broken or failed parts of your eligible system, including: blower motors, blower wheels, circuit boards, condensate pumps, condenser fan blades, condenser fan motors, defrost control boards, defrost sensors, electronic expansion valve power heads, fuses, up to 1 pound of refrigerant, removable valve cores, service port valve caps, transformers, or thermistors. Coverage provides for repairs or replacement of parts only. Your system will not be replaced. Technicians must have safe access to the work area. Tune-up: You are entitled to one annual tune-up.

Making a Service Call: You can make a service call immediately after your plan starts, which is 30 days after your enrollment is processed. Upon renewal/restart (if applicable), you can make a service call immediately.
Cancellation: Cancel your plan any time by calling HomeServe at 1-833-492-3891 or visiting www.homeserve.com/cancel. If you cancel within 30 days before your plan start date, you will not be charged. If you cancel within 30 days after the plan start date, you will get a full refund (less benefits paid). If you cancel 31 or more days after the plan start date, you will get a pro-rata refund (less benefits paid). Upon renewal/restart, you can cancel any time and you will get a pro-rata refund (less benefits paid).
Renewal: The plan is annual. Unless you cancel, your plan automatically renews annually at the then-current renewal price with your same payment terms.
