A tune-up includes the following. Check: thermostat operation; system temperature split; voltage and amperage to all motors. Inspect: disconnect; fuses; wiring; contactors; relays and pressure controls; electrical safety circuits; indoor blower and motor for dirt buildup; duct seal at unit and secure panels; and bearings. Clean (if necessary): burner; condensate line. Replace: air filter (customer supplied). Run and test system.

Making a Service Call: You are entitled to one annual heating system tune-up, which must be scheduled by you. Your plan starts the day your enrollment is processed. There is an initial 30-day waiting period before you can schedule a tune-up. Upon renewal (if applicable), there is no waiting period.
Cancellation: Cancel any time by calling HomeServe at 833-808-6705. If you cancel within 30 days of your start date, you will get a full refund (less any Tune-up provided). Cancellations after the first 30 days will be effective at the end of the then-current billing month, and you will get a pro-rata refund (less any Tune-up provided).
Renewal: The plan is annual. Unless you cancel, your plan automatically renews annually at the then-current renewal price and is billed monthly through your utility bill.
