(“HomeServe”). HomeServe, with corporate offices located at 45 Glover Avenue, 6th Floor, Norwalk, CT 06850, is an independent company separate from CenterPoint Energy. This is a residential service contract; it is not an insurance policy and is not regulated or approved by the Texas Department of Insurance. Your choice of whether to purchase this service contract will not affect the price, availability or terms of service from CenterPoint Energy. CenterPoint Energy and HomeServe entered into a commercial agreement to introduce these plans to CenterPoint Energy’s customers.
